Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Obsidrix, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please email us at Obsidrix@proton.me with your order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- The product received is defective or non-functional
- An incorrect item was delivered (different from what was ordered)
Non-Refundable Scenarios
We are unable to process refunds or returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer at the time of ordering
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
- Minor variations in product appearance due to screen display differences
How to File a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Obsidrix@proton.me
- Provide your Order ID and a clear description of the issue
- Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item received
- We recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package — this significantly helps in resolving claims faster
Refund Processing
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
