Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days depending on your location within India. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment status in real-time through the courier partner's website.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotional periods.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or high-demand periods. Obsidrix is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Obsidrix@proton.me with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claim resolution.
